The hotel has its fair share of issues. The central AC often shuts off at night, leading to unpleasant odors lingering in the reception and lifts. Bathrooms, although clean, can have an off-putting smell and are quite cramped, measuring only about 3x3. Requests for room service can be hit or miss. It took multiple calls just to get an omelet served in a reasonable time. The lack of extra beds as advertised caused some discomfort for groups traveling together. While there are redeeming qualities, the inconsistencies in service and certain amenities leave much to be desired.

I had an amazing stay in the Club Double Room for four nights. The breakfast spread was impressive, changing daily, which kept things fresh and exciting for my longer visit. The staff was incredibly responsive and amiable, making every interaction a joy.

had an amazin stay at fortune landmark. staff were super friendly and helpful, esp mahak at the reception and the bell person who took me to my room. the food was delish, especially at zodiac, and the place was really clean. loved the vibe they got going on. the room was comfy and had great facilities.

the room service took a bit too long and the bathroom felt kind of cramped. parking was also a little tricky.
